The Denton Chamber of Commerce and the city of Denton will host a Start Something Green Expo on Saturday, September 26 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. The event is open to all residents of Denton. Businesses that will like to participate need to meet the Start Something Criteria which includes having a product, service or educational approach that has environmental sustainability, degree of innovation, usefulness and uniqueness, potential widespread use and educational value. Prices for a participating businesses range from $150 for area chambers and non-profits to $800 for premier space inside the Civic Center.
