Medical Facility Growth in Denton

Medical offices are popping up all over Denton, most likely because investors see Denton's potential for a ripe future.
One of the new medical developments - Select Medical Corporation - is setting up offices across from Presbyterian Hospital of Denton is costing an estimated 1.3 million, but Steve Everbach, the managing partner of Evergreen Realty Partners, said it's worth the investment.
"The market and demographic studies were conducive to opening a brand new facility," Everbach said. "There will be a tremendous amount of development over the next few years."
Denton's population growth only adds to the incentive to set up office here, said medical officials.
More on the growth of medical offices coming soon!
