The San Jacinto Plaza Shopping Center is now on the market.

The 61,853 square foot shopping center, anchored by separately-owned Burlington Coat Factory, sits on 6.89 acres of land and is located along Interstate 35 and San Jacinto Boulevard across from the Golden Triangle Mall, according to a property listing.

The space was originally built in 1935 as Mervyn’s Department Store.

Dallas-based Byrne Company listed the property on Tuesday.
