Catholic book store closing

Divine Mercy Catholic Books & Gifts at 262 S. Interstate 35 E will be hosting a store liquidation and closing on Thursday.

Owner Brenda Zimmerer said a news release, she decided to close the business and family ministry after 14 years.

The store has religious catholic books, bibles, gift, wall décor and a Spanish section and much store. The owner plans to sell all of the merchandise, store fixtures, furniture and equipment.

An invitation flyer has been posted outside the business. Customers who bring the invitation will receive 1,000 bonus prize dollars just for stopping by, the flyer said.

Sales will continue until Wednesday, Nov. 7.

Divine Mercy is located between Alan Zimmerer State Farm Insurance and Ehrhart’s Jewelers on the Southbound Service Road, north of Outback Restaurant.
